We inform our pleasant customers that in the event of desistance occurring two weeks before the arrival date 50 % of the deposit will be preserved.
For the desistance occurring less than two weeks before the arrival date, the totality of the deposit is preserved.
In the event of curtailed stay, one day of stay is invoiced as a compensation.
